Vegan tacos

Bean filling:
1 small diced white onion
1 red bell pepper roughly chopped
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of cinnamon
Can of kidney beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Add olive oil then onion and bell pepper to sauce pan then season
Cook until onions are translucent then add kidney beans, about 5-8 minutes
Drain and rinse kidney beans then add to sauce pan- cook another 2-3 minutes then set aside

Vegan cheese:
1 can white beans
1tbs nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Process in a food processor till smooth

Meat:
1 cup TVP
1 tbs cumin
1tsp coriander
1 cup water

Boil cup of water then add TVP which will soak up all water, then add in seasonings

Add ins:
Organic cilantro (tastes much better then conventional!)
Chopped tomato
Diced avocado
Vegan sour cream
Salsa

And place everything either in a tortilla or taco shells
